The Agency Project came to life when two passionate humans, Asha and Natalia, met at a parkour leadership conference on a tiny isle of Cumbria in Scotland, in 2019.

Natalia’s long-standing involvement with various physically intense sports and volunteering, and Asha’s deep involvement in parkour and community research and volunteering are the very embodiment of the founding principles of the Agency Project.

“To be strong to be useful” and “To be and to last” are borrowed from the practice of parkour, a discipline that focuses on human interaction with obstacles, both physical and mental.

The Agency Project brings these principles, along with other values from different physical disciplines, into action building a gateway for humans from all backgrounds to be an integral part of community and to develop as an individual to their utmost potential.
